Privacy policy

1. Controller and contact
INTERAKTIVA 1976 S.L. · CIF B88654256 · Calle Tribaldos 62, local 11, 28043 Madrid, España. info@interaktiva.es · +34 637 22 51 51.
2. Data, purposes and legal bases
We process email, business details, password hashes, brand settings, documents, content, encrypted integration credentials and activity records. Account creation and management rely on contract performance or requested pre-contractual steps. Invoicing and tax obligations rely on legal obligations. Security, abuse prevention and technical logs rely on our legitimate interest in protecting the service. Registration does not subscribe you to marketing.
3. AI, providers and transfers
When you request generation or enable automation, the necessary brand context, sources or documents are sent to the OpenAI API. Do not upload sensitive data or documents without authorisation. Requests use store=false; this does not necessarily remove provider security logs. Connecting channels shares the necessary content and data with the selected social network or blogging platform. Hosting, support and technology providers may act as processors. Processing outside the EEA requires safeguards under GDPR Articles 44 onwards and the corresponding agreements before customer activation.
4. Retention
Account information and content are retained during the relationship and until erasure is requested, with subsequent restriction where legal obligations or claims require it. Application login-attempt records are removed after one hour. Activity records and backups are reviewed when closing an account and retained only as needed for security and legal obligations. You may request export and erasure through support.
5. Rights and complaints
You may exercise access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability rights, and withdraw consent where it is the processing basis, by writing to info@interaktiva.es. We may request proportionate identity verification. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es). We do not make solely automated decisions with legal effects. Required fields are necessary to create your account and provide the service.
6. Customer and third-party data
Where a customer determines the purposes of processing business content, the customer acts as controller and Socimetric as processor under the applicable agreement. A data processing agreement including subprocessors must be completed before commercial service activation involving personal data. Customers must have a lawful basis, authorisations and rights for the data and materials they provide.
